Unique opportunity for a highly skilled and analytical subject matter expert to ensure excellence in workforce management, rostering and compliance and also contribute towards longer-term workforce planning.
Job Responsibility:
Lead workforce planning for Wesley Community Services Limited in two key areas: industrial compliance in operational rostering practices, and optimisation of rostering for cost efficiencies while meeting clients’ and employees’ needs
Collaborate closely with line management to understand service delivery needs to help optimise rosters and schedules for employees and clients
Oversee rostering and timesheet compliance for service delivery
Contribute to future workforce planning, ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time
Requirements:
Highly analytical with outstanding technical and technology skills
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
Exceptional integrity, honesty, and work ethic
Proven experience in award/agreement interpretation
Excellent verbal communications including confidence as a trainer
Positively minded, can-do, sleeves rolled up approach
Minimum three years’ experience in rostering and workforce planning
