Job Description

The Business Operations Associate plays a key role in enabling effective delivery across the practice through strong resourcing, operational governance, and performance management.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage all BAU resourcing across the practice, including bids, sold work, investment, and pre-sales activity
  • Coordinate supply across onshore, offshore/nearshore, and contractors
  • Support Practice Leads to ensure demand is qualified and aligned to capacity and career aspirations
  • Track recruitment demand and work with recruitment to resolve issues
  • Manage utilisation and bench
  • Provide input into monthly forecasting
  • Analyse complex data and provide business insight
  • Engage with Finance, HR and other key functions
  • Own compliance across systems (e.g. Kimble) and timesheets
  • Develop and implement operational processes
  • Support ad-hoc operational activities
  • Support hyper-care and stabilisation activities
