The Business Operations Associate plays a key role in enabling effective delivery across the practice through strong resourcing, operational governance, and performance management.
Job Responsibility
Own and manage all BAU resourcing across the practice, including bids, sold work, investment, and pre-sales activity
Coordinate supply across onshore, offshore/nearshore, and contractors
Support Practice Leads to ensure demand is qualified and aligned to capacity and career aspirations
Track recruitment demand and work with recruitment to resolve issues
Manage utilisation and bench
Provide input into monthly forecasting
Analyse complex data and provide business insight
Engage with Finance, HR and other key functions
Own compliance across systems (e.g. Kimble) and timesheets
Develop and implement operational processes
Support ad-hoc operational activities
Support hyper-care and stabilisation activities
Requirements
Strong organisational and coordination capability
