The Workforce Management Manager leads workforce planning, scheduling, reporting, and cost optimisation for global Aruba Networking customer support operations. This role provides executive-ready insights and recommendations to Directors and Senior Managers, ensuring optimal staffing, financial efficiency, and service level performance.
Job Responsibility:
Own end-to-end workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling strategies
Partner with Operations and Finance on headcount planning and budget alignment
Deliver executive-level workforce reports, dashboards, and presentations
Identify and execute workforce-related cost savings and efficiency initiatives
Lead scenario modelling for volume changes, migrations, and operational transformations
Establish governance, standards, and best practices for workforce management
Mentor and develop Workforce Analysts to build scalable WFM capability
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
Proven experience in workforce management or operations analytics in a global environment
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
