Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management Architect to join our team on a long-term contract to hire basis in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge HR systems architecture that integrates multiple SaaS platforms, ensuring scalability and security while optimizing workforce scheduling and labor forecasting. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and strategic leadership to unify platforms such as Workday, UKG Pro, Databricks, and ReadyOn.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and implementation of HR and Workforce Management systems architecture, integrating tools such as Workday, UKG Pro and others
  • Develop and manage system integrations, APIs, and data models to ensure seamless interoperability
  • Create frameworks to support AI-driven labor forecasting and scheduling optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Oversee governance, configuration standards, and lifecycle management for HR systems
  • Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to maintain compliance and system performance
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in workforce management technology, including AI-enabled tools
  • Drive innovation in workforce scheduling to improve employee retention and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing Workforce Management or HR technology solutions
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture with SaaS and cloud integrations
  • Hands-on expertise with ReadyOn, Workday, and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management
  • Proven knowledge of complex scheduling systems, union rules, and labor forecasting
  • Experience creating integrations using APIs, event-driven design, and secure file exchange
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and architecture frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance operational efficiency and employee retention through technology-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across technical and business teams
