Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
Collaborate with Club Services leaders to gather information and understand reporting requirements while developing enhanced data and reporting tools
Collate and maintain a wide array of data related to business processes and reporting
Work collaboratively with Workforce Management Specialist and play an active role in supporting department forecasting, scheduling and queue management needs
Play an active role in data analysis and interpretation. Exercise sound judgment while analyzing and interpreting data to ensure a high level of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and benefit to end users
Prepare reports and develop dashboards in order to provide meaningful insights to relevant stakeholders
Data manipulation (i.e., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duping)
Create templated reports for executives or operation leaders upon request
Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards, either from scratch or by utilizing provided templates, ensuring their interpretability among non-technical users
Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on various data sets
Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as assigned by your reporting manager
Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to Workplace Health and Safety ensuring the safety of yourself and all other people who may be affected by your conduct in the workplace
Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Reports Analyst (RTA, Planner and Scheduler) role in a contact centre environment
Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy that can quickly meet deadlines
Must have good time management with the ability to work with minimal supervision and under tight timelines
Must be friendly and professional with a positive attitude
Able to communicate professionally - oral and written
Ability to take initiative
Strong proven analytical capability
Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate a number of projects
Demonstrated excellent organisation and communication skills
Demonstrate sound work ethic and utmost confidentiality
