Job Description:

Joining the People & Culture team at IKEA, the Workforce Analyst will analyze data, produce reports, and optimize staff scheduling while supporting talent development and adhering to local labor laws and IKEA standards. Job Responsibility:

Turn staff planning principles into action by building schedules that make sense for both people and the business
analyze workforce data and produce related reports
work closely with leaders to ensure planning meets IKEA standards, local labor laws, and union agreements
support the full staff planning cycle from forecasting to publishing schedules
highlight potential improvements and flag deviations to the Unit P&C Manager
ensure planning supports talent development
collaborate with recruiters and P&C colleagues to ensure correct contract setup for new employees

Requirements:

Previous experience in Workforce analysis or planning
background in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Data Analytics and a strong interest in data and people
ability to build relationships and communicate with different people
Excel proficiency
PowerBi is a plus
curiosity and openness to change
ability to work independently and as part of a team
critical thinking skills
fluency in Italian and English
