Job Description

As our Workflow Improvement Lead, you will lead a high-impact transformation workstream focused on improving how work flows across the organisation. You’ll design and deliver better workflows, remove friction, and build capability across NCC so teams can work more effectively and deliver better outcomes for the community. This is a two year fixed term role that will: Lead a cross-organisational workstream that improves how services and processes are delivered; Identify, prioritise, and deliver impactful improvement initiatives; Analyse current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, friction points, and opportunities; Co-design smarter, more effective workflows with teams across the organisation; Establish and lead a centre of excellence for workflow improvement; Build organisational capability in continuous improvement, process design, and problem-solving; Work closely with leaders, managers, and frontline teams to understand challenges and co-create solutions; Drive adoption and embed new ways of working; Implement workflow tracking, transparency, and reporting to support better management and decision-making

Requirements

  • Experience leading process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives
