We are seeking a Workflow Developer to join a high priority digital transformation initiative. In this role, you will design and implement sophisticated automation solutions within a modern enterprise technical landscape, ensuring that business operations are as efficient and scalable as possible. You will act as a technical bridge, collaborating with architects and functional leads to translate high level business objectives into robust, automated workflows that meet rigorous security and performance standards.
Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end workflow automations within a modern SAP-centric ecosystem
Refine and enhance existing automated processes to improve system performance and reliability
Participate in architecture forums to ensure all workflow patterns align with broader enterprise standards and security protocols
Analyse complex business needs and convert them into scalable technical specifications
Manage the full development lifecycle, from initial concept and testing to deployment and post-go-live support
Partner with data, security, and integration teams to ensure all solutions are compliant and resilient
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven track record in workflow development on major enterprise platforms (specifically SAP environments)
Deep understanding of automation logic, integration patterns, and system architecture
Advanced troubleshooting skills for resolving complex integration issues and workflow bottlenecks
Comfortable working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP Workflow Services or SAP Build Process Automation
Familiarity with event-driven design, API integration's, or microservices architecture
Experience operating within highly regulated or secure government environments
Knowledge of standard enterprise architecture frameworks
Must hold a current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance or NV1 clearance
