As a Workflow Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role within our broader Operations division, directly supporting our specialised property professionals. You will act as the central engine room for the team, managing the property workflow pipeline from start to finish.

Job Responsibility

  • Receive, register, and allocate incoming job instructions
  • Coordinate property inspections and manage calendar activities to meet strict turnaround times
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing seamless communication and updates to clients and internal teams
  • Prepare essential documentation, maintain highly accurate database records, and prioritise daily workflow
