Client Service Administrator | Property Advisory | Geelong. The Opportunity: Our client is a premier Australian property advisory and valuation firm. This is a temporary opportunity, providing a clear pathway from a Randstad contract into a with a respected national firm. The Role: Coordinating the Business Lifecycle In this role, you aren’t just providing administrative support; you are the central point of contact for the entire valuation process. You will be the "glue" that connects specialist valuers with corporate and private clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Professional Communication: Providing an exceptional phone manner to build rapport with clients and coordinate with internal teams
  • Strategic Scheduling: Managing and prioritizing busy calendars, including the registration and scheduling of property inspections
  • Workflow Oversight: Monitoring turnaround times and ensuring all valuation instructions move through the system efficiently
  • Quality Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and preparing professional documentation for the team
