Job Description:

The Workflow Automation Associate supports the design, development, and maintenance of workflow automations that improve operational efficiency across departments. This junior-level role works closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to integrate systems, automate manual processes, maintain data accuracy, and support reporting and notification workflows. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in automation, systems integration, and AI-assisted workflows who wants to grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, maintain, and support workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Assist with integrating and syncing data across platforms using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
  • Maintain and clean data used for automations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and automated reports
  • Configure notification-based workflows for approvals, status updates, and system events
  • Assist in developing and maintaining AI-powered automations for document processing, summaries, and analysis
  • Support employee lifecycle automations (onboarding, updates, offboarding)
  • Respond to automation requests and issues from different departments in a timely manner
  • Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process guides for automations
  • Participate in meetings, walkthroughs, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements:

  • Basic experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar)
  • Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, and HTTP requests
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas
  • scripting is a plus)
  • Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of AI / LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI, Llama, Gemini) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with platforms such as monday.com, HubSpot, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow requirements and ask clarifying questions
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams and systems
