  • Monitor deadlines and schedule hearings, depositions, and other case-related activities while keeping attorneys and clients informed
  • Handle e-filing and document submissions for Delaware Industrial Accident Board proceedings and Superior Court appeals
  • Prepare and update exhibits and hearing binders, ensuring accuracy and readiness for legal proceedings
  • Communicate professionally with clients, adjusters, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders regarding case updates and scheduling
