Job Description

A respected law firm is seeking a skilled Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join its team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience who is licensed and residing in California.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a full caseload independently from A to Z
  • Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense litigation, including pleadings, discovery, hearings, depositions, etc.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and ensure high-quality legal representation

Requirements

  • Must reside in California
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • 2+ years of California workers’ compensation defense experience
  • Active California Bar license
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
