We’re currently hiring a full-time Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster and we’re open to training the right person for the role. Job Responsibility:
Communicate with injured workers, employers, medical providers, attorneys to move claims forward
Organize and manage detailed claim documentation in our electronic system
Coordinate medical care and return-to-work plans
Review and authorize payment for medical bills, lost wages, and related expenses
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and reporting requirements
Collaborate with our internal team to support timely and fair claim resolution
Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
Requirements:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable learning new systems
Experience in a setting that involves medical or legal terminology (such as healthcare admin, insurance, or paralegal work)
Prior workers’ compensation experience (a plus, but not required)
Nice to have:
