A nationally recognized plaintiff’s firm is seeking Workers’ Compensation attorneys to join its rapidly expanding workers’ comp practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high‑volume, well‑resourced platform with a steady pipeline of cases and significant earning potential. Job Responsibility:

  • Day‑to‑day management of workers’ compensation cases and hearings
  • Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documents
  • Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, and hearings
  • Working directly with clients, experts, and medical providers throughout the case lifecycle

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of workers’ comp experience
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state
  • Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload independently
  • Strong client communication and advocacy skills
