Job Description

Mid-sized firm with multiple locations is seeking a workers compensation attorney to join their growing team. This person will be expected to handle workers' compensation cases, appear in court, and manage insurance claims. Job Responsibility

  • Handle workers' compensation defense cases diligently and effectively
  • Provide high-quality, cost-effective legal representation to clients
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of lawyers, attorneys, and staff
  • Engage in necessary travels as part of the role
  • Apply knowledge of workers' comp law in managing cases
  • Address insurance claims related to workers' compensation
  • Maintain a congenial atmosphere while handling high-workload situations
  • Ensure all court appearances are made as and when required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Workers Compensation
  • Proficient knowledge of Workers Comp Law
  • Extensive experience in making Court Appearances

  • Maintain good standing with the California State Bar Association
