Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality legal representation in workers compensation defense
  • Foster strong relationships with a diverse community of clients and colleagues
  • Engage in thorough and efficient research and analytical tasks
  • Participate in court appearances related to workers compensation cases
  • Handle related insurance claims as part of the legal service provision
  • Travel occasionally as per case requirements
  • Contribute to a congenial work atmosphere, maintaining excellent communication and cooperation with attorneys/lawyers and staff
  • Participate actively in the firm's Associate Bonus Program

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Workers Compensation procedures and regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of Workers Comp Law
  • Experienced in making Court Appearances
  • Skilled in managing and processing Insurance Claims
  • Maintain good standing with the California State Bar
