We are looking for an experienced Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management (TT/AM) Analyst in Hyderabad with strong hands-on configuration experience. As a Workday TT/AM Analyst, you will manage end-to-end configuration of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules, including business process configuration, reporting, compliance management, and system optimization. The ideal candidate will have prior Workday implementation experience and collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and HCM stakeholders to enhance time and absence processes.
Job Responsibility:
Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules
Design and manage Absence Plans and Time Off plans, including accruals, carryover rules, eligibility rules, and proration logic
Configure time entry templates, time calculation rules, validation rules, and time entry codes within Workday
Support and optimize Workday business processes, including time entry approvals, leave requests, balance updates, and automated calculations
Manage time calculation groups, work schedules, and period schedules to ensure accurate payroll integration
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, including custom reports and calculated fields for compliance and workforce analytics
Analyze and resolve break-fix issues, provide configuration solutions, and support continuous system improvements
Gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support UAT and testing cycles
Ensure Workday configurations comply with overtime rules, labor laws, and leave policies
Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and HCM teams to ensure seamless downstream system integration
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing cycles, and production releases
Support deployment activities and ensure smooth Workday production rollouts
Requirements:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Workday Analyst or Workday HCM Consultant
Strong hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management configuration
Experience in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle
Expertise in configuring: 1. Absence Plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and carryover policies 2. Time calculation rules and validation rules 3. Work schedules and period schedules 4. Time Tracking & Absence Management business processes
Experience developing Workday custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics
Strong understanding of payroll integration, compliance requirements, and workforce management processes
Ability to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional business teams
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
