Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Technical Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise, supporting Workday integrations, configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth system operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient Workday solutions aligned with business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, maintain, and support Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Web Services, etc.
  • Configure and support Workday modules based on business requirements
  • Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and Workday reporting solutions
  • Investigate and resolve system issues, data inconsistencies, and integration failures
  • Partner with functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance, Talent, etc.) to enhance system capabilities
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and Workday best practices
  • Support ongoing optimization initiatives and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience
  • Strong expertise in: Workday Integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
  • Report Writer, Calculated Fields, BIRT
  • Workday Security
  • Business Process configuration
  • Experience in troubleshooting and integration monitoring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Availability for night shifts as needed to support global teams and ensure system maintenance during off-peak hours
  • Flexible to work during us time to support customers
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to varying schedules is essential

Nice to have:

  • Workday certification(s) in Integrations, Reporting, or relevant modules
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT
  • Familiarity with HR/Payroll processes and data flows
