We are seeking a highly experienced Techno-Functional HR/People Systems Analyst to drive our people systems roadmap and execution, focusing on system configuration, process automation, and optimizing HR/people systems.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with leadership to develop and articulate a vision for HR/people systems aligning with business objectives
Provide strategic guidance on system enhancements and technology roadmaps
Lead the technical configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionalities within HR/people systems
Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and health checks
Design and implement automated solutions across HR systems leveraging integration tools
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to define integration strategies for HR technology platforms
Improve employee and manager self-service capabilities by optimizing system features
Design and implement intuitive system navigation and workflows
Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions within HR systems
Partner with HR, IT, and finance teams to define technical specifications and manage systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
6+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, with a strong focus on techno-functional roles
Expertise in configuring and optimizing a major HR/People Systems platform (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, etc). Certification in relevant systems is a plus
Proven experience in process automation and workflow design within HR systems
Demonstrated ability to drive self-service initiatives and improve user experience
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences
Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of driving work independently and identifying opportunities for improvement without explicit direction.

Certification in relevant systems
Experience with AI-driven solutions directly within or integrated with HR/people systems.
