Job Responsibility
Partner with Business & Technical Teams
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and Workday experts on system design decisions and process improvements
Translate HR and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Provide guidance on user experience, workflow optimization, and issue resolution
Lead Workday Solution Architecture
Design and implement enterprise-level Workday solutions across multiple modules
Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday architecture, configuration, and best practices
Develop end-to-end process solutions aligned with organizational goals
Drive Technical Excellence
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday functional and technical issues
Lead process enhancement initiatives and recommend system optimizations
Ensure solutions support enterprise-wide scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency
Support Continuous Improvement
Stay current on Workday releases, enhancements, and emerging HR technology trends
Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and user experience
Support Agile, iterative, and waterfall project delivery methodologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Workday Certified Professional required
10 years of recent Workday experience supporting global HR organizations
Deep expertise with Workday modules including: Core HCM
