Job Responsibility:

  • Performs analytical techniques to analyze workforce data and identify trends and patterns
  • Creates and presents to local stakeholders detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into workforce trends, performance and future needs
  • Analyzes and interprets data from reports and dashboards to identify trends and insights, empowering local stakeholders to make informed decisions
  • Develops and maintains complex data structures and configurations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant standards
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of data sources, structures, and processes for internal use, promoting data transparency and facilitating data governance
  • Conducts regular data audits to ensure compliance with local and global data privacy requirements, including data retention policies, and implements corrective actions as needed
