Job Description

As a Workday Solutions Architect, you will design and deliver practical, business-aligned technology solutions using strategic platforms primarily Workday and ServiceNow. You will act as a bridge between process design and technical configuration, supporting Agile delivery teams focused on talent development. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, ensuring usability and impact across the organisation. You will contribute to sprint planning, story creation, and cross-functional delivery, while maintaining a clear, non-technical communication style that resonates with business users. You will also engage with consultancy partners and niche agencies to source best-fit solutions in a challenging talent market.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Workday Solutions Architect with practical HR business application
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, including experience working in Scrum teams
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner
  • Workday certification or formal training (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting talent development initiatives within HR environments
