Job Description:

Be the strategic and technical champion of our Workday ecosystem. Strategically design, configure, and maintain the platform to meet the needs of internal clients, while ensuring integration with other systems. Tasks include designing Workday modules, providing technical guidance, managing integrations, ensuring security and compliance, and empowering users through documentation and training.

Job Responsibility:

Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday modules and enhancements
provide guidance and solutions as a Workday subject matter expert
identify opportunities to optimize Workday processes
design, build, and maintain integrations with other business systems
ensure security, integrity, and compliance of the Workday environment
manage Workday updates and releases
resolve complex Workday issues
create and maintain Workday documentation
develop training materials for power users
work with clients to deliver tailored Workday solutions
leverage Workday reporting capabilities

Requirements:

5+ years as a Workday Solutions Architect, Workday Manager, or similar technical role
comprehensive mastery of the Workday platform
fluency in Workday integration tools and methodologies
proactive and results-oriented mindset
exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
experience in developing technical documentation and user training programs
strong understanding of data security best practices and compliance requirements
