We’re in need of a self-motivator who can take hold of a project and run with it. We need a master at identifying potential gaps within our company’s technology landscape who knows how to turn problems into solutions and won’t get discouraged or stop until they find it. This is an opportunity to put your innovation to the test, maintaining and improving payroll flow through Workday!

Job Responsibility

  • Manages the configuration, data audits, and overall functionality of Workday
  • Support all Workday users through daily operational support, such as troubleshooting problems, answering system related questions, delegating access, creating and / or modifying reports, and providing end-user training, as needed
  • Ensures data integrity and confidentiality within Workday and other Payroll & Finance technologies
  • regularly performs data audits, validations, and corrective actions, as necessary
  • Builds and grows business relationships and influence across IT, Finance, and Accounts Payable
  • works closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps
  • Follows an agile project management and change management process for prioritizing, configuring and testing user stories
  • Analyzes current processes and systems for overall effectiveness and recommends enhancements to optimize business processes
  • Updates and maintains system documentation

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
  • Workday system administration experience required. Specific to Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Expenses, Projects, Assets
  • Knowledge of Finance and Payroll business processes
  • ability to document business processes, generate clear and understandable business requirements
  • Customer focused individual who must be able to effectively work in a fast paced & fluid business environment with competing priorities and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Must be self-motivated, highly organized with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency
  • Ability to produce accurate work under pressure with frequent deadlines
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact and independent judgment in the performance of duties
  • Experience delivering system and process training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
