Client and Company, a leading global medical technology company, will spin off its Diabetes Care business into an independent, publicly traded company, and we’re looking for Workday configuration analysts to support the Workday thread of the spinoff.
Job Responsibility:
Work with business to develop and document Workday requirements as it relates to the spinoff
Define, propose, document, and communicate design decisions
Perform WD configuration and setup data in the tenant, including security roles, based on agreed upon requirements and design
Unit test and configuration
Load and unit test employee data into the tenant
Troubleshoot and resolve defects that come out of testing
Support all phases of testing
Develop detailed cutover plan for Workday configuration items
Provide input to OCM team
Create all end-to-end project documentation (including requirements, design, build, etc.)
Provide support post go-live
Requirements:
3-5 years of Workday configuration experience across HCM, Talent and Compensation
Workday HCM configuration experience required
Bachelors Degree
Ability to engage, envision, and collaborate to build solutions that encompass the end to end processes that drive HR services
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong familiarity with Workday Human Resources/Human Capital Management business processes including Security, Compensation, Security, Core HCM, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and other processes
Demonstration and mastery of IT/Systems change management and configuration management best practices
Exceptional customer service ethic
Exceptional consultative approach, understanding customer needs, documenting requirements, solutioning to meet requirements, consulting to determine customer fit to solution, developing and delivering solution in accordance with customer expectations
Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly in helping the business understand complex technical processes and systems
Expert level Excel skill set
Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles
