Job Description:

Be the champion of our Workday ecosystem. You'll be hands on with the system, strategically designing, configuring, and maintaining it to not only meet but anticipate the needs of every internal client, all while ensuring seamless integration with our other critical systems. Besides your hands-on work, you will also gladly help Ledgers further adopt and embrace the tool, safeguarding user experience and ensuring you develop internal knowledge.

Job Responsibility:

Be the champion of our Workday ecosystem
Strategically design, configure, and maintain the Workday system
Ensure seamless integration with other critical systems
Help Ledgers further adopt and embrace the tool
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all things Workday
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Workday processes
Design, build, and maintain robust integrations
Ensure the ongoing security, integrity, and compliance of our Workday environment
Manage Workday updates and releases
Offer advanced technical support
Create and maintain comprehensive Workday documentation
Work closely with various internal clients
Leverage the reporting capabilities of Workday

Requirements:

A proven track record of 5+ years as a Workday Solutions Architect, Workday Manager, or in a similar technical role
Deep and comprehensive mastery of the Workday platform, with hands-on experience across multiple modules (eg: HCM, Absence, Time-tracking, CCTPP, Advance Comp, Benefits, Talent Optimisation...)
Fluency in Workday integration tools and methodologies
A proactive and results-oriented mindset
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
Experience in developing comprehensive technical documentation
A strong understanding of data security best practices and compliance requirements for enterprise-level systems
