Job Description:

Be the champion of our Workday ecosystem. Strategically designing, configuring, and maintaining the platform to meet internal client needs. Ensure seamless system integration, optimisation, and security while managing updates, creating documentation, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Strategically design and configure Workday ecosystem
ensure seamless integration with critical systems
optimise Workday processes and system performance
ensure security, integrity, and compliance
manage Workday updates and releases
create and maintain documentation and training materials
collaborate with internal clients to address Workday needs

Requirements:

5+ years Workday experience
mastery of the Workday platform with hands-on experience across key modules
proactive and results-oriented mindset
strong project management skills
experience managing coordination with an AMS
robust awareness of data security best practices and compliance requirements
understanding of data and turning it into actionable insights
