Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations, particularly for payroll using PECI and PICOF
Build and optimize integrations using Workday Studio
Develop custom reports using Workday Report Designer and BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance
Provide technical documentation and support for ongoing maintenance and enhancements

Requirements:

Workday certification is not required, but is a plus
3-5 years of experience in Workday integration development
Strong expertise in PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Input File)
Proven experience with Workday Studio
Extensive experience with Workday Report Designer and BIRT layout/design
Previous hands-on BIRT development is essential
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
