Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Configuration and Reporting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering and supporting payroll solutions across the US and Canada. This is a high-impact role working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive payroll accuracy, compliance, and system optimization.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll for both US and Canadian payroll environments
  • Support payroll operations including processing, validation, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and support audits and process improvements
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technical teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Provide documentation, configuration support, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience
  • Proven experience supporting both US and Canadian payroll processes
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data analysis
  • Solid understanding of payroll compliance and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment
