We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Configuration and Reporting Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering and supporting payroll solutions across the US and Canada. This is a high-impact role working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive payroll accuracy, compliance, and system optimization.
Job Responsibility
Configure and maintain Workday Payroll for both US and Canadian payroll environments
Support payroll operations including processing, validation, testing, and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and support audits and process improvements
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Technical teams to deliver successful outcomes
Provide documentation, configuration support, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Requirements
10+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience
Proven experience supporting both US and Canadian payroll processes
Strong expertise in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data analysis
Solid understanding of payroll compliance and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment
