Job Description

Our client is looking for a Workday LMS Administrator. This position is a hybrid contract located in Los Angeles, CA.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer Workday Learning (LMS), including content uploads, campaign launches, course reviews, system maintenance, and onboarding planner management tied to global onboarding expansion
  • Track and report on LinkedIn Learning engagement and usage metrics to support learning adoption and program insights
  • Manage external learning vendors, including coordination, scheduling, program logistics, and oversight
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for manager training programs and leadership development initiatives
  • Support the expansion of global onboarding initiatives, including CAA Welcome and CAA Go!, and maintain onboarding learning experiences and materials
  • Design and facilitate performance management and compliance training
  • develop supporting materials such as one-sheets, quick reference guides (QRGs), and forms
  • Manage coaching requests and assignments across the organization
  • Provide operational support for learning initiatives, including facilitation, scheduling, and responding to additional learning requests as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field
  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR programs
  • In-depth experience working with learning management systems and specifically with Workday
  • Experience coordinating training programs, learning vendors, and facilitation logistics
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
