At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a Workday Support Engineer (L3) - Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day Level 3 system support through incident and service request management
Coordinate daily support resources, collaborate with vendor teams, and distribute tickets while ensuring SLA compliance
Review and manage the support knowledge base to enhance operational excellence
Lead, motivate, and coach team members, leveraging unique strengths to deliver quality results
Embrace technology and innovation to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, XSLT, Core Connectors (PECI), Document Transformation, EIBs, Reports, and Calculated Fields
Minimum of 3 years supporting Workday custom integrations, Public Web Services, Object Transport, and sFTP
Prior experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes (Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management) is required
Advanced English
Nice to have:
Workday certifications in Integration or Studio
Knowledge of Workday Orchestrate and Workday Extend
