At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a Workday Support Engineer (L3) - Advanced English to join a leading global company specializing in Audit, Consulting, and Technology solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day Level 3 system support through incident and service request management
  • Coordinate daily support resources, collaborate with vendor teams, and distribute tickets while ensuring SLA compliance
  • Review and manage the support knowledge base to enhance operational excellence
  • Lead, motivate, and coach team members, leveraging unique strengths to deliver quality results
  • Embrace technology and innovation to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of the Firm

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, XSLT, Core Connectors (PECI), Document Transformation, EIBs, Reports, and Calculated Fields
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting Workday custom integrations, Public Web Services, Object Transport, and sFTP
  • Prior experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes (Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management) is required
  • Advanced English

Nice to have

  • Workday certifications in Integration or Studio
  • Knowledge of Workday Orchestrate and Workday Extend
