Job Responsibility:

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Workday integrations using cloud integration platforms
Collaborate with HR functional teams to refine business processes and integration solutions
Analyze and resolve issues between Workday, internal ERP systems, external systems, and vendors
Manage data migration and transformation processes effectively
Conduct integration performance optimizations and routine encryption key management
Support testing phases, including developing test plans and executing unit and integration tests
Document integration processes comprehensively and conduct knowledge transfers to HR Technology team members

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience with Workday integration technologies
Expertise in API-based integration methodologies and integration security protocols
Profound understanding of HR data flows and core HR concepts
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data transformation and mapping
Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail
