Job Description:

Focus on WD are seeking skilled Workday HRIS Product Lead to to join a newly formed team in a Market Leading end-user soon to go live with Multiple Modules across the HCM Product Suite. You will be joining an organisation who are heavily investing in Workday - soon to go live at the end of Q1/Start of Q2 next year this role will be perfect for an individual who is really looking to make an impact and own the long-term roadmap, people and product investment and direction of Workday within the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Taking charge of the strategic direction for the Workday HCM Product suite, with full roadmap management responsibilities
  • Ensuring allignment with the long term business strategy encompassing wider enterprise architecture
  • Acting as the "product champion" for the business, ensuring adoption and continual improvement plans are in place covering areas such as release management0 governance, and platform optimisation
  • Take ownership of the overall Workday Architecture across multiple modules
  • Managing Solution architecture across the business
  • Working closely with 3rd party SI Partners and AMS Providers ensuring services and solutions are fit for purpose
  • Take ownership of product updates, tenant services, feature deployments, and technical issue resolution
  • Working closely with key buisness areas across HR and IT providing guidance and transferring product knowledge in accordance with the long-term compay strategy

Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years experience as a Workday HRIS Lead, Product Manager, or Platform Manager - ideally having been through one enterprise-level Workday Implementation taking the product from go-live to production and beyond
  • Extensive experience and a deep knowledge of Workday systems architecture within the HCM Product suite
  • Proven experience managing SI Partner relationships
  • Excellent communicational capabilities across all levels with strong Stakeholder and People Management skills
  • Ideally you will have experience working in large, multi-layered organisations with a high level of complexity
  • Candidates must be in the UK with Right to Work
