Workday HRIS Analyst

• 3-5+ years of experience across the Workday Product Suite with strong configuration capabilities across Core HCM
• strong demostratable expereince configiring across the Workday Absence and Payroll modules
• Hands-on experience in at least x2 of the additional modular areas: Talent, Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Recruitment
• The ability to work in a strategic capacity whilst remaining hands-on with the product
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to champion the 'art of the possible' across the organisation
• 3rd party management capabilities, and prior experience working closely with SI/AMS partners to ensure 3rd party support and solutions are fit for purpose
• Proven capabilities of acting as the Workday Product Champion within an organisation, providing kniowledge transfer, product adoption, and driving best practice within the company
• Candidates must be in the UK with Right to Work
