We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Expert to join our IS Workday Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR business requirements and WD best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
Partner with HR, IS, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionalities, integrations, and reporting solutions
Provide technical and functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
Develop and deliver Workday training and documentation for HR and business users
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Workday Operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across multiple modules
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to design, configure, and support Workday solutions
Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security configuration
