Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Expert to join our IS Workday Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday HCM modules, ensuring alignment with HR business requirements and WD best practices.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
  • Partner with HR, IS, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
  • Configure, test, and deploy Workday functionalities, integrations, and reporting solutions
  • Provide technical and functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
  • Develop and deliver Workday training and documentation for HR and business users
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within Workday Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience across multiple modules
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to design, configure, and support Workday solutions
  • Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and security configuration
  • Excellent communication in hybrid context
  • Fluent in English
  • Workday certification(s) preferred
