Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM ERP Consultant to lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. This role focuses on Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Time/Absence Management. The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, and IT teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of Workday HCM solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead or support Workday HCM ERP implementations, upgrades, and deployments
  • Analyze HR and payroll business processes and provide recommendations to optimize workflows using Workday HCM modules
  • Configure and customize Workday modules including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Time/Absence Management
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, talent, and IT teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of Workday HCM solutions
  • Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementations, upgrades, or process changes
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR, payroll, and management decision-making
  • Assist with data migration, system integration, and process enhancements
  • Maintain documentation, workflows, and technical specifications

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules, including: Core HR / Workforce Administration
  • Payroll / Payroll Integrations
  • Recruiting / Onboarding
  • Talent Management / Performance Management / Succession Planning
  • Compensation / Benefits / Time Tracking / Absence Management
  • Workday Reporting / HR Analytics
  • ERP implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and support experience
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting solutions
  • Knowledge of HR, payroll, and talent management processes and compliance requirements

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Consultant or ERP functional consultant
  • Experience in full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations, upgrades, or multi-module deployments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams with HR, payroll, talent, and IT stakeholders
