To provide support for the Workday functional modules eg Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Talent Management and 3rd party integration with Workday from the functional perspective. To ensure the enhancement or changes are aligned with company's standards, business processes & security requirements. To ensure and deliver all assigned Incident & Change Requests according to SLA. To execute Workday configuration and customization. To participate in Workday reports and dashboards creation. To participate in regional project activities (if any). You are required to execute functional configuration on the Workday system from the functional perspective. You will work closely with different stakeholders, liasing with Project Manager, Key Business Users, other Functional & Technical Consultants within support role.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Hands-on functional configuration exposure on Workday is a must
1 full cycle end to end greenfield / rollout implementation project on Workday is an added advantage but not compulsory
Brownfield enhancement projects on Workday is an added advantage but not compulsory
Ability to execute L2 / L3 support on Workday is an added advantage but not compulsory
Experience integrating Workday with SAP or other 3rd party integration experience is an added advantage but not compulsory
Experience in either one of the Workday modules
Payroll / Absence / Benefits / Compensation & Adv Comp / core HCM / Learning / Recruitment / Talent Management / Time Tracking / Security / Integration is an added advantage but not compulsory
Experience in Workday reporting is an added advantage but not compulsory
Cloud is an added advantage but not compulsory
Nice to have:
