Job Description

The Workday Financials Systems Analyst is responsible for the ownership, configuration, and continuous improvement of Blackbaud’s financial and procurement systems, primarily Workday. This role partners closely with Procurement, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams to enable efficient, compliant, and scalable Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes through strong system design, disciplined delivery, and effective operational support. Through strong partnerships and collaboration, you will help uncover what’s possible in the system and driving automation across the procurement lifecycle, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s compliance, audit and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Procure to Pay, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Governance
  • Experience in Workday Financial systems technical support role

  • Proven collaboration skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Continual learner who stays abreast of current trends and practices
  • Ability to learn and support additional Financial systems and workflows as needed
