Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Financials & Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and involves working closely with stakeholders in the banking and finance industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and expertise in Workday systems, as well as a solid understanding of financial processes and reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and optimize Workday Financials reports to meet organizational and client-specific needs
  • Configure and implement Workday Adaptive Planning solutions to support strategic financial planning
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for financial systems
  • Provide technical expertise in client-side scripting to enhance system functionality and user experience
  • Manage configuration tasks, ensuring consistency and accuracy within Workday systems
  • Design and develop APIs to facilitate seamless integration between Workday and other platforms
  • Offer guidance on Salesforce development to align with organizational goals and integrate with Workday systems
  • Support the banking and finance sector by addressing specific industry challenges through tailored solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure uninterrupted operation of financial systems

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Workday Financials and Workday Adaptive Planning systems
