Job Description

We are looking for a Workday Finance Integration Consultant with hands-on experience in building, supporting, and enhancing integrations within the Workday Financial Management ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, build, and deploy Workday Finance integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services
  • Develop integrations for Order to Cash(O2C), Procure to Pay(P2P), General Ledger (GL) , Accounts Payable (AP), AR, Expenses, and Assets
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, testing, and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with Finance functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during implementation phases
  • Create and maintain integration design and technical documentation
  • Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
  • Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements
  • Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process (via tools, processes, and other initiatives), Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage

Requirements

  • 4-12 years of total experience in technical or Project Implementation Management in Finance module
  • 2–4 years of hands-on Workday Finance Integration experience (implementation projects only)
  • Strong expertise in Workday Studio
  • Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP
  • Good understanding of Workday Financial Management processes
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
  • Strong analytical skills, Thorough understanding, and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Team player with self-management skills, strong decision making, adept at executing projects from scratch, and collaborating with cross-company stakeholders within a specific time
  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently
