Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Extend Engineer to design, develop, and deploy custom applications within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate, APIs, and Workday integrations. This role requires expertise in building scalable applications, implementing business logic, and enhancing Workday functionality through modern digital solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Workday Extend
  • Build responsive and intuitive UI components using the Workday Extend UI Framework
  • Develop and manage workflows using Workday Orchestrate
  • Implement validation rules, calculated fields, and Business Process Frameworks (BPF)
  • Integrate Workday applications with third-party systems using APIs
  • Develop and manage Workday inbound/outbound integrations
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained
  • Provide technical documentation and support during deployment and post-production phases
