Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs
  • Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and IT teams to gather requirements and build customized integrations aligned with business needs
  • Support and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security standards
  • Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support guides
  • Advise on best practices for Workday integration architecture and roadmap planning

Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree, preferably IT related courses
  • Minimum of 5 years of Workday Integration Experience
  • 3 to 5 years of Recruitment module experience
  • Proven experience with Workday Studio and backend integration development
  • Strong domain knowledge in Workday HCM, Recruitment, and Core HR processes
  • Experience with HR data models, security configurations, and business processes
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services, XML/XSLT, and middleware
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

Workday certifications (e.g., Studio, Integrations, Extend) are a plus
