Job Description:

We are seeking a Workday Business/Systems Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Workday applications. This role partners with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements, configure Workday solutions, and ensure the system supports organizational processes effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the functional and technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for Workday-related initiatives
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Workday enhancements, implementations, and integrations
  • Configure and support Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or Time Tracking
  • Assist with Workday implementations, upgrades, and new feature releases
  • Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business operations and decision-making
  • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user access concerns
  • Support integration efforts between Workday and third-party applications
  • Work with stakeholders to improve business processes and system workflows within Workday
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides to support adoption and system usage

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise systems
  • Hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, Finance, or other Workday modules
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis
  • Ability to create reports and data analysis within Workday
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting Workday implementations or major system upgrades
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations, APIs, or middleware tools
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools such as Report Writer, Prism, or dashboards
  • Familiarity with HR or Finance business processes
