Job Responsibility

Serve as the functional and technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for Workday-related initiatives
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Workday enhancements, implementations, and integrations
Configure and support Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, or Time Tracking
Assist with Workday implementations, upgrades, and new feature releases
Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business operations and decision-making
Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user access concerns
Support integration efforts between Workday and third-party applications
Work with stakeholders to improve business processes and system workflows within Workday
