Our client is looking for a skilled Workday Adaptive Analyst to join their team. Remote Opportunity! This role involves managing financial data and processes using Workday Financial Management and Workday Adaptive Planning tools, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial systems, helping to optimize workflows and support decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure, optimize, and recommend improvements for Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning tools to enhance functionality and meet business needs
  • Utilize tools to analyze and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics, ensuring operational efficiency and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide training, manage integrations, and facilitate clear communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Lead moderate-risk functional projects, ensuring resource allocation and project objectives are met effectively
  • Monitor and maintain seamless system functionality, incorporating updates from quarterly releases
  • Support financial processes such as general accounting, fixed assets, accounts payable, expense reimbursement, and revenue accounting
  • Act as an individual contributor with direct oversight, delivering results aligned with organizational goals
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support team objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday Financial Management and Adaptive Planning
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Workday ERP tools, including Workday Financials and Adaptive Insights
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and generate detailed reports
  • Effective communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
