Job Responsibility

  • Develop, test, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Workato across enterprise applications
  • Build and manage APIs, connectors, recipes, and workflows between cloud-based and on-premise systems
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure high system reliability and operational performance
  • Optimize existing workflows and automation processes for scalability, efficiency, and maintainability
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across multiple enterprise platforms and business systems
  • Maintain technical documentation for workflows, configurations, integrations, and operational procedures
  • Apply best practices for security, governance, error handling, and integration lifecycle management within Workato environments
  • Support integrations with SaaS platforms including CRM, ERP, HRIS, finance, and support systems while utilizing SQL and relational database concepts
