Salt is looking for an APAC Work Visa Operations Specialist for 12 months extendable contract role.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage high volumes of APAC immigration cases end-to-end, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality stakeholder experience
  • Collaborate with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely delivery, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent operations
  • Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives that enhance the employee experience
  • Stay current on APAC immigration regulations and policy changes
  • demonstrate agility, reliability, and a growth mindset as you adapt to evolving priorities, tools, and workflows
  • Maintain accurate case records, perform data entry and system updates, and manage file organization with precision
  • Track key metrics and immigration data, support regular reporting, and identify opportunities to improve performance and compliance

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in managing and navigating various immigration programs or similar HR operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and managing large datasets
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure
  • Able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner
