Job Description

We are seeking a Work Practice Administrator to support accurate and timely employee data management in SuccessFactors (SF) for global VOIS markets. The individual will manage HR transactions, maintain data quality, adhere to service level expectations, contribute to process improvements, and deliver a customer‑centred service experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Process HR transactions across existing and new processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion
  • Deliver services within defined SLAs for multiple customer groups
  • Maintain high-quality data across systems, ensuring compliance with data integrity and audit standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR systems and processes
  • Recommend opportunities for digitisation and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and support subject matter experts and team leads in managing the relevant processes

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly the Organisation Management and Employee Central modules
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver accurate and timely outputs
  • Ability to work to SLAs and manage transactional activities efficiently
  • 0–2 years of experience, ideally within a shared service environment
  • A graduate degree
  • MBA in HR preferred

  • Prepare and monitor the department/program budgets together with division manager and physician leaders. Monitor operational and financial targets and variations in line with budget expectations
  • Collaborate with Hospital Compliance, physician and nurse leaders, to manage compliance with government regulations and third-party payor requirements
  • Act as an administrative liaison between the clinical program and hospital departments which may include IT, Facilities, Marketing, outside vendors, and contractors. Serve as the principal liaison to any other hospital on joint matters and shared programs. Serve on hospital task forces and committees, as appropriate
  • Interact routinely with the corresponding Program Chiefs, Hospital Department Administrators, Nursing leadership, respective physicians/referring physicians, and their offices across Genetics, Metabolism, and Dermatology, as well as other specialties that may share clinic space
  • Participate and/or provide administrative support to Chiefs and nurse leaders in the development and ongoing improvement of disease-specific clinical outcome metrics. Direct and develop staff to look at service delivery workflows and processes and identify opportunities for improvement of these outcome metrics
  • Collaborate with Hospital personnel and Departmental faculty to plan and implement the strategic vision for the clinical components of the department’s mission
