Work Order Coordinator

• Oversee and manage work orders to ensure timely scheduling and completion of tasks
• Coordinate and schedule skilled trades, custodial, and grounds workers for maintenance and repair activities
• Document service calls and update records using multiple software systems
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows
• Collaborate with team members to address customer needs and resolve service issues promptly
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Maintain a high level of performance in a fast-paced work environment
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate a proactive, go-getter attitude
• Support the Service Division with administrative tasks and organizational duties

• Proven experience in dispatching, work order management, or similar roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch systems is a plus
• Capability to learn and adapt quickly to new software and processes
• High level of performance and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
